- You first want to open Internet Explorer 9
- Once you have Internet Explorer 9 open you want to click on the tools menu bar button that is at the top of the page. When you click on the tools menu a drop down box will appear. In that box, click on Manage Add-ons.
- When you click on Manage Add-ons another box will open. In this box you will find all the Internet Explorer 9 add-ons that are available. Find the name you want to enable and click on that name. Once it is highlighted, go to the bottom of that box and click the Enable button. Once you do this the status of that Add-on will turn to Enabled.
- Once what you have enabled the toolbar that you wanted to enable, click the Close button at the bottom of the Manage Add-ons box.

- Once you see the internet properties box, you want to select the Programs tab that is at the top of the box.
- You then want to select the Manage Add-ons button. Click on this button and the Manage Add-ons box will open.
- You want to select the link you want; once it is selected it will highlight.
- Go down to the bottom of the Manage Add-ons box and click the Enable button.
- The link is now enabled, go down to the bottom of the Manage Add-ons box and click the close button.
